In game one of the double header the Lady Seawolves were plagued by errors on the field which led to five unearned runs and resulted in a 7-1 loss at the hands of the Saints. St. Joe's pitcher Maggie Miller kept the Seawolves bats in check only allowing one run through seven innings.

In Game two, the Seawolves dropped a 9-5 decision to the Saints. Both teams hit well early and often. SMCC's Anna Allard (Parsonsfield, ME) and Melinda Pye (Bucksport, ME ) chipped in two RBI's each for the Lady Seawolves scoring. However, the Saints were just as hot from the plate rendering nine hits off of Seawolves pitching.
With the two losses the Seawolves stand at 4-4 overall with a 2-2 YSCC record. Both teams take to the diamond on Sunday September 21 for a twin bill at the Graves Athletic Field on the SMCC campus.
