Blanchard Leads Seawolves at Husson Invitational

BANGOR, MAINE – The Southern Maine Community College women's golf team competed individually at the Husson University Invitational on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at Bangor Municipal Golf Club.

Bates College captured the team title with a 308 (+24), followed by the University of New England (355), Husson (357), Bates B (363), and the University of Southern Maine (395) in the top five.

FOR THE SEAWOLVES (WOMEN):

• Sophomore Charlotte Blanchard carded an 80 (+9) to place 6th overall.
• Sophomore Grace Thompson shot an 84 (+13), finishing 9th.
• Sophomore Alexis McCormick posted an 86 (+15), tying for 11th.

The Seawolves return to competition Saturday, September 20th, at the University of Maine at Augusta Invitational at The Meadows Golf Club.
