SMCC Tops BHCC in Four

HOW IT HAPPENED:
SMCC opened the first set to build a cushion and close out a 25-21 win.
Bunker Hill responded in the second 25-22 and even the match.
From there, it was all SMCC. The visitors steadied their passing and took control with balanced hitting in set three, rolling to a 25-18 win before locking in the fourth set 25-14 to seal the match.
The effort was highlighted by Lilly Andreasen (Gorham, Maine) on the attack, Yana Montell (Gardiner, Maine) setting the tone, and Dalia Nelson (Kennebunk, Maine) leading a strong defensive effort.
