  • Three To Be Enshrined In SeaWolves HOF

    CAPE ELIZABETH, Maine—Each year the SMCC Athletics Department looks to recognize and honor former student-athletes, coaches, and/or administrators, as well as special supporters of the program. To date, 32 individuals and one team have been inducted into the elite SMCC Athletics Hall of Fame—this year will mark the 14th annual induction ceremony.   • SMCC Sends Five To NCAA Division III Programs

    SOUTH PORTLAND, Maine—Six student-athletes of the Southern Maine Community College (SMCC) class of 2018-19 have found new homes in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III athletics. Meranda Martin (Richmond, Maine), Jacobee Burpee (Manchester, N.H.), Yaya Dunn (Kittery, Maine), Abigail Ramirez (Portland, Maine), and Lauryn Fagan (Standish, Maine) will all continue their playing careers and pursue bachelor degrees at the next level beginning this fall.
